Colour 101

“What colour roses should I buy for my girlfriend?” he asked.

“Well, it depends with what you trying to show.” I replied.

“Love, of course.” he answered.

“Red. Then definitely go with red.” I concluded.

This conversation wasn’t as brief as I have made it seem. Before we arrived at the ‘red roses’ conclusion, I had already confused my friend with a number of information with regards to colours and techniques of mixing and matching {Complementary colours, Triad colours etc.} some of what we popularly refer to as ‘Colour Blocking’.

Intel Inter Universities App Challenge

This is a follow up post from the Intel Hacks by KU post that I wrote about last week {Check it out here}. I had mentioned that I will tell you about it, so here I go…

The Intel Inter University Native x86 Android App Challenge 2014 will be held at the University Of Nairobi, Chiromo Campus on the 26^th Day of September. This is another opportunity for students who are app developers to compete and grow their skills in a fun and interactive setting!

Intel Hacks By KU { Upcoming Event }

Hey guys,

Another Intel Hackathon is here with us! And I am super stoked because this particular one is taking place in my school, that is, Kenyatta University and just a day after my birthday! Can I hear a double whoop, whoop? No?

So if you are interested in Android development and putting your coding skills to the test in such an environment is your thing, then the date to save is 19^th September, 2014 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the C.I.T Department. Participants will be required to develop Native Android apps in groups of three {Groups to be formed right before the event begins}.
