What Can Children Teach Us About UX Design?

I was browsing the internet just a couple of days ago and I came across this really interesting blog (and YouTube video) about what children can teach us grown ups about UX design. Pretty captivating title huh? So I made a promise to myself to share that blog on this little space here whenever I got the chance to do so. And without wasting any more time, I'll jump right on it.

If you’re lacking time to spend a half hour watching the episode then don’t worry, here’s a summary. {The blog is originally posted by  who is an Online Marketing intern at Usabillia}

Sigh

Sigh…where do I start? It’s been so long since I sat down to put up a post but in my defense, I think about you guys all the time! That doesn’t help much right? Well, the past couple of weeks have been crazy! I knew they would be just not to this extent! And if that is already the case, I can only imagine that things will keep on getting harder as the days go by. Sigh, the plot thickens….

So I thought I should put this one up to first let you know I am still alive, I am doing good albeit tired and overworked and to also thank you for the page views the blog still gets despite being inactive for so long. I know most of them are for the readers who are looking for new content on the site so my apologies for coming up empty most of the time.

Sigh, please bear with me.

UI Tenets + Traps {Part 2}

I have come to terms with the fact that procrastination will probably be the death of me! Well…that’s if an airplane doesn’t land on my head due to my annoying habit of always having earphones on when I’m just walking about the city and its numerous superhighways. But that is a story for another day.

However, I really hope there is a remedy for this procrastination habit that I have recently acquired because if it continues to escalate I’m going to get in real trouble and not just with my readers! I had promised in the first UI Tenets + Traps post that I will do a follow up on it therefore, albeit late, here is an elaboration on how to use UI Tenets + Traps.

Reblogged from the Google Student Blog
